As documented in our full device mode docs, highlighting, annotation, and remote control functions are not available in full device mode using the web SDK. This is due to web browser API security restrictions.
If a change occurs with these APIs which make this possible then it will be a high priority for us.
If full device mode for desktop computers is required with all agent tool features then please use our native desktop SDKs:
