# Agent controls in full device mode on web

As documented in our [full device mode docs](https://docs.cobrowse.io/sdk-features/full-device-capabilities/full-device-screen-sharing), highlighting, annotation, and remote control functions are not available in full device mode using the web SDK. This is due to web browser API security restrictions. 

If a change occurs with these APIs which make this possible then it will be a high priority for us.

If full device mode for desktop computers is required with all agent tool features then please use our native desktop SDKs:
