My session shows as expired immediately

Sessions expire after a period of inactivity as documented here. However, if your session shows as expired a soon as a session is started please follow the troubleshooting steps. 

You will see the message below as the session expires. 

Please check your server's system clock and ensure that it is set the the correct time.

One way to debug this is to look at a network call to the Cobrowse service and look at the date property within the response. If this is out of sync with the current time please correct it as our service will use the server time for session timeouts and expiry.
