Cobrowse.io works well with Flutter apps in both iOS and Android for its screenshare, highlight, and annotation features. See below for some considerations for Flutter.
iOS rendering
We have had some reports that iOS users should use our alternate rendering method to avoid image cropping issues: https://docs.cobrowse.io/sdk-features/advanced-features/ios/alternate-render-method.
Remote control and redaction
Flutter OpenGL type layers do not map nicely to the native views that Cobrowse currently uses. This means that there can be problems using the remote control and redaction features.
Remote control
- Android - generally works as expected.
- iOS - generally does not work.
Redaction
Redaction for either OS generally does not work at this time.
