Our licensing works differently in Genesys due to our partnership. Licensing is also different between Genesys Cloud versus the Engage platforms.
Who needs to be licensed?
Individuals who will access the Cobrowse.io apps within Genesys require licenses.
What licensing is available?

- Genesys Engage/Multicloud: available through Genesys Professional Services (PS) team. Consult your local Sales Engagement Director (SED) for more information.
What does "concurrent" mean for our Genesys licensing?
Concurrent licenses for our Genesys integrations match Genesys's own definition for concurrent licenses, e.g. a concurrent seat occupied by real-time logged in users.

Usage of Cobrowse.io does NOT factor into the count, just the users with the Cobrowse.io permission logged in at one time.
Cobrowse.io license management within Genesys platforms is the client responsibility. Genesys may charge overage for exceeding license limits.
