It is useful to view your license usage to keep track of how many licenses are being used and which agents are using them.
For named agent licenses, this is important as each agent who uses the service consumes a license for the current billing period: Named agent licenses.
An Administrator can easily view the license usage by visiting https://cobrowse.io/dashboard/settings/team.
This shows you the used licenses and the current billing period for those licenses.
Note: if you authenticate via JWTs, SAML, or a helpdesk integration, then members may appear here who do not appear in your Team Membership list.
"You have reached your user limit for the period."
We enforce the number of licenses that are linked to an account. This means that you will see the following message if you are using (or try to use) more agents than the number of licenses you have purchased for your account:
Sorry, something went wrong loading your session. You have reached your user limit for the period.
Solution
If you are a self-service customer, then the solution to this is to go to https://cobrowse.io/dashboard/settings/billing and increase your licenses to the number you require.
