I cannot see video recordings for web cobrowsing

Session Recordings provide a full view of everything that occurred during a cobrowse session. They are great for audit and training purposes.

If you cannot see a recording that should be there then please check the following:

  1. If you are viewing the recording from https://cobrowse.io/dashboard/history, then you must be using Google Chrome.
  2. The recording must be within our recording data retention period. See more in this article.
  3. Refresh your browser and try again a couple of times, sometimes things can get stuck!
