We do not yet integrate out of box within GIM, but we capture the Genesys Interaction ID (and other metadata) when Cobrowse is used. This data is available either as CSV file download in the dashboard or a flat file export via an API call.

The flat file export is available as an API call to Cobrowse.io or your self-hosted instance: https://support.cobrowse.io/programmatically-download-session-recordings-and-device-metadata.
You can then perform any data carpentry/aggregation before merging it with the GIM export and importing it into your existing reporting solution.
