# Programmatically download session recordings and metadata

As well as accessing your session data manually, we also provide you with an API for automated and scalable data downloads, e.g. for your company's internal storage or your own internal analytics. You can use our Agent SDK to programmatically download this information from your account.

### Where can I find sample code?

We recommend scheduling the download on a regular basis, e.g. to download all new data daily.
